Scaling Tier Logic (per official rules):
Tiers are determined by the previous day's end-of-day closing profit. Intraday profits do NOT unlock higher tiers — they only take effect the following trading day. Enter the account's simulated profit at the start of the CSV period above (leave 0 if the CSV covers the full trading history from day 1).

Expected CSV columns (auto-detected, case-insensitive):
Entry Time — entry timestamp with time (e.g. 2024-03-15 09:31:04)
Exit Time — exit timestamp with time — required for HFT detection & news exit-leg check
Contracts / Qty — number of contracts per trade
Type / Symbol / Instrument — "Mini" or "Micro"
P&L / Profit / Realized — realized P&L per trade
HFT check flags profitable trades where exit − entry < 10 seconds. Both timestamps must be present.
Common export formats from NinjaTrader, Tradovate, and Rithmic are supported.
